Section ALDK plan design:
* la remise des premiers plans / exquis se fait par courriel. Notez que les boîtes postales ne sont pas admises pour la livraison. Seule un envoi par courriel sera fait, dans le souci de l’environnement, et la rapidité. L'exécutant des travaux et/ou client est responsable de la prise de mesures à moins d'entente écrite contraire. Il est aussi responsable de la vérification des dimensions indiquées aux plans avant le début des travaux. De s’assurer de la mise aux normes des travaux, et est responsable de tout sous-traitants relié aux travaux. Des standards établis et conformément aux exigences des codes en vigueur. Selon les règles et conformité avec les recommandations des fabricants de matériaux et/ou d'équipements. L'exécutant des travaux et/ou client, doit s'assurer que les plans répondent adéquatement aux règlements municipaux ou aura lieu le projet. L'exécutants des travaux et/ou client, a la responsabilité de vérifier les normes auprès de sa municipalité. Celle-ci varient selon les régions et peuvent nécessiter des changements aux plans, qui sera pris en charge par le client et/ou l'exécutant des travaux. Ceci est un plan esthétique visuel d'aménagement suggéré. L'exécutant et/ou client comprend et accepte ces termes. Ces plans ne sont pas des documents d'ingénierie. Toutes informations, dessins et devis de structure, de mécanique, d'électricité et de génie civil ne constituent pas des spécifications d'ingénierie. Ne doivent pas être interprétées comme tel. Elles servent seulement à des fins de perspective visuel.
Note: L'auteur de ces plans, ALDK plan design, Armoires LD inc. / LD Kitchen inc. se dégagent de toutes responsabilités tel qu'il soit. De près ou de loin, relier aux travaux. L'exécutant des travaux et/ou client devra vérifier toutes mesures et dimensions avant le début les travaux, et ce sous sa seule responsabilité. Un ingénieur est recommandé pour le calcule des charges. Toutes personnes utilisant ces plans comprennent et acceptent ces termes en toutes clarté, conscience et sans aucune pressions. Aucun remboursement sera accordé ou accepté pour cause de conception sur mesure et que ces produits ne peuvent être revendus. L'exécutant des travaux et/ou client, reconnaît que ALDK plan design n'ont effectué aucune sollicitation, hors de leur place d'affaires. Toutes visites ou rencontres en dehors de celle-ci, proviennent de la volonté consciente de l'acheteur. Donc, reconnaît avoir lue et compris chaque terme de ce contrat/achat. Termes et conditions de paiement : Toutes factures doit être payé avant la remise des plans. Cette facturation portera intérêt au taux de 12 % par année, soit 1 % par mois passé dû.
Section Armoires LD Inc. / LD Kitchen Inc.:
* A moins d'avoir spécifié par écrit à l'achat d'un envoie express (délais plus court entendue avec l'accompagnateur client, au service après vente) et ayant reçue un code de confirmation. La livraison se fait généralement dans un délais de 6 semaines, ouvrable. Aucune commande après signature/achat ne pourra êtres annulée par l'acheteur. Un frais de 176.40$+tx. sera facturé à l'acheteur, à des fin administratif, pour tout changement après signature/achat. En plus des coûts supplémentaire facturé, engendré par le changement demandé par l'acheteur. Toutefois, dans le cas ou ALDK Plan Design et/ou Armoires LD inc. / LD Kitchen inc., accepterais une annulation, 30% du prix de vente devra tout de même être versé par l'acheteur à titre de frais, de transaction. ALDK Plan Design et/ou Armoires LD inc. / LD Kitchen inc. se réservent le droit d'annuler ou de réviser tout les termes du présent contrat/achat pour toutes raison jugé majeure. La balance du paiement doit être versé par virement interact 2 semaines avant la date de livraison prévue. Afin de bien répondre au besoins. L'acheteur doit aviser le responsable au service/accompagnement client, armoiresld@bell.net pour tout retard dans ces travaux, par écrit au même service/accompagnateur client ALDK Plan Design et/ou d'Amoires LD inc. / LD Kitchen Inc. avec votre numéro de facturation en titre. Ainsi ensemble nous planifions une nouvelle date de livraison en accord. Des frais d'entreposage seront facturés de 162.00$/semaine + tx. au besoin. Un suivie client sera fait après livraison par la personne responsable au service, par courriel.
ALDK plan design section:
* First plans / Exquisite are delivered by email, please note that PO boxes are not accepted for delivery. Only an email will be done, in the interest of the environment, and speed. The contractor and/or client is responsible for taking action unless otherwise agreed in writing. He is also responsible for checking the dimensions indicated in the plans before the start of the work. To ensure that the work is brought up to standard, and is responsible for any subcontractors related to the work. Standards established and in accordance with the requirements of the codes in force. According to the rules and compliance with the recommendations of the manufacturers of materials and/ or equipment. The contractor of the work and/or client, must ensure that the plans adequately meet the municipal by-laws or will take place the project. The contractor of the work and/ or client, has the responsibility to check the standards with his municipality. This varies by region and may require changes to plans, which will be supported by the client and/or the contractor. This is a suggested visual aesthetic layout plan. The performer and/or client understands and accepts these terms. These plans are not engineering documents. All structural, mechanical, electrical and civil engineering information, drawings and specifications are not engineering specifications. Should not be interpreted as such. They are for visual perspective purposes only.
Note: The author of these plans, ALDK plan design, Armoires LD inc. / LD Kitchen inc., are released from all responsibilities as it is. Near or far, connect to the works. The contractor and/or client must check all measurements and dimensions before the start of the work, and this under his sole responsibility. An engineer is recommended to calculate the loads. All persons using these plans understand and accept these terms in all clarity, awareness and without any pressure. No refunds will be given or accepted due to custom design and these products cannot be resold. The contractor of the work and/or client, acknowledges that ALDK plan design has not made any solicitation, outside their place of business. All visits or meetings outside it, come from the conscious will of the buyer. Therefore, acknowledges having read and understood each term of this contract/purchase. Payment terms and conditions: All invoices must be paid prior to the submission of the plans. This billing will bear interest at the rate of 12% per year, or 1% per month past due.
LD Kitchen Inc. / Armoires LD Inc.:
* Unless you have specified in writing when purchasing an express shipment (shorter deadlines agreed with the customer representative, after sales service) and having received a confirmation code. Delivery is usually within 6 weeks, working. No order after signature/purchase can be cancelled by the buyer. A fee of 176.40$+tx. will be charged to the buyer, for administrative purposes, for any change after signature/purchase. In addition to the additional costs charged, generated by the change requested by the buyer. However, if ALDK Plan Design and/or Armoires LD inc. / LD Kitchen inc., accepts a cancellation, 30% of the sale price must still be paid by the buyer as a fee, transaction. ALDK Plan Design and/or Armoires LD inc. / LD Kitchen inc. reserve the right to cancel or revise all the terms of this contract/purchase for any reason deemed to be of major importance. The balance of the payment must be paid by interac transfer 2 weeks before the expected delivery date. To properly meet the need. The Buyer must inform the Customer Support/Service Manager, armoiresld@bell.net of any delay in this work, in writing to the same ALDK Plan Design and/or Amoires LD Inc. and/or LD Kitchen Inc. Customer Support/Service Manager with your current billing number. So together we plan a new delivery date in agreement. A storage fee will be charged $162.00/week + tx. if necessary. A customer follow-up will be made after delivery by the person responsible for the service, by email.
